I'm Dawn, founder of Evergreen Virtual Solutions!

My career has taken me from the fast-paced world of healthcare to leadership in finance and, most recently, executive support. I began my career working in surgery, where I developed a strong foundation in organization, precision, and adaptability. I later transitioned into the financial industry, advancing from an administrative role to Client Support Team Manager. Today, as an Executive Assistant, I bring more than four years of executive-level operational support experience, helping businesses streamline operations, stay organized, and focus on what matters most.

Those experiences inspired me to create Evergreen Virtual Solutions—a business built to provide reliable, personalized support that allows business owners to spend less time managing day-to-day operations and more time growing their businesses. I understand the demands of running a business, and my goal is to become a trusted extension of your team by delivering dependable support you can count on.

After spending several years living in the Green Bay/Fox Valley area, life eventually brought me back to my hometown. After meeting my husband, we decided to build our life together in the community that helped shape us. Today, we're proud to be raising our two children there. Outside of work, you'll often find me spending quality time with my family, staying active through running, or getting lost in a good book—whether it's on my Kindle or reading bedtime stories with my little ones.
